The location and view are perfect, but cleanliness needs more attention. The cups were dirty, and when breakfast was served, the sugar container was not clean. Additionally, the cabin itself could use more thorough cleaning, particularly the glass and floors.

Bodde i Elvasuiten 2, ekstremt fin suite. Godt innredet, fantastisk utsikt og flotte fasiliteter. Magisk å ligge i badekaret med elveutsikten, og å våkne opp til lyden av elvebrus!

Airconditionen i selve hytta var fantastisk deilig! Men på toalettet var det svært varmt hele dagen. Vi prøvde å lufte ut, men det var til lite nytte. I tillegg til at gardinen kun dekker halve vinduet i hytten, slik at man ikke får skygget for all lys. Vi skulle også prøve badstuen, men den sto på 40°… skipt å bruke penger på noe som ikke er klart.

Så om oppholdet var prisverdt… det vet jeg ikke helt. Men ellers var det en veldig fin campingplass, og alt var ellers rent og pent. Vi kommer 100% tilbake! 😊

The cottage was adequate enough for two people, it has basic amenities, but all in all everything you 'need'. The issue was the amount of flies, they were all over the place. When addressing this to the reception, they made it clear that they would not provide any fly-traps.

Der Campingplatz liegt atemberaubend schön an einem wilden Fluss. Wir hatten eine Hütte für eine Nacht. Diese war ausreichend gross und gut ausgestattet.
Die Rezeption und das Restaurant befinden sich in einem sehr schönen Neubau. Das Abendessen und das Frühstück waren hervorragend.

Nous étions dans une très jolie cabane en acces direct sur le torrent et la piscine naturelle. Grande terrasse. Espaces optimisés. Parfait pour se ressourcer !
Petit déjeuner pantagruelique et délicieux.
Bonne isolation phonique (un torrent ça fait du bruit quand même !).
A 40 minutes du glacier Haugabreen. Et lacs à proximité.
Personnel très sympa.

كانت إقامتي في Jølstraholmen Camping & Cottages داخل كابينة Deluxe Riverside تجربة رائعة بكل معنى الكلمة.

المكان منظم بشكل جميل ومناسب جدًا للعائلات، حيث يوجد منطقة ألعاب مخصصة للأطفال، بالإضافة إلى مساحات مهيأة لـ مركبات RV والكرفانات والموتورهوم، مما يجعله خيارًا مثاليًا لكل أنواع المسافرين.

تم مؤخرًا افتتاح أجنحة Barn (العادية، العائلية، والماستر)، التي تتميز بـ نظام تكييف مركزي وتصميم عصري بالكامل — خيار رائع لمن يبحث عن راحة وأناقة في مساحة حديثة (ملاحظة: هذه الأجنحة ليست شققًا كاملة لأنها لا تحتوي على مطابخ).

أود أن أوجه شكرًا خاصًا إلى كريستينا على ترحيبها الحار، وشرحها المفصل، والمعلومات القيمة التي قدمتها لنا عن توسعة الأجنحة الجديدة — كانت خدمتها فارقًا حقيقيًا في تجربتي.

يوجد أيضًا سوبرماركت Spar بالقرب من المكان، مما يجعله عمليًا جدًا للضيوف.

✨ وللمسافرين بالسيارات الكهربائية: يوجد محطة شحن Eviny على بُعد حوالي 100 متر فقط من الموقع، توفر شحن سوبر سريع (360 kW)، وسريع جدًا (150 kW)، وسريع (75 kW). كما توجد محطة وقود في نفس الموقع — حل مثالي لجميع أنواع المركبات.

أنصح بشدة بزيارة هذا المكان للعائلات، ومسافري RV والكرفانات، ولكل من يبحث عن إقامة مريحة ومتنفس طبيعي هادئ بتصميم رائع.

‏I had a wonderful stay at Jølstraholmen Camping & Cottages in a Deluxe Riverside cabin, and it was truly an excellent experience.

‏The place is beautifully organized and very family-friendly, with a dedicated children’s play area and designated spaces for recreational vehicles (RVs), caravans, and motorhomes — making it ideal for all types of travelers.

‏They’ve recently opened the Barn Suites (Normal, Family & Master), which feature central air conditioning and a completely modern design — a fantastic option for guests who want comfort in a fresh, stylish space (note: these are suites, not full apartments, as they don’t have kitchens).

‏A special thanks to Christina for her warm welcome, helpful explanations, and detailed information about the new Barn Suites — her service really made a difference.

‏There’s also a Spar supermarket nearby that serves the area, which is very convenient for guests.

‏✨ Extra convenience for travelers: If you have an EV car, there’s an Eviny charging station just about 100 meters away offering CCS super-fast (360 kW), very fast (150 kW), and fast (75 kW) charging options. Plus, there’s also a petrol station at the same location — perfect for any type of vehicle.

‏Highly recommended for families, RV travelers, and anyone looking for a well-designed and relaxing getaway in nature.

My experience was fantastic , the room and the bathroom was very nice and organized the bed sheet and towels all were in the room there was coffee tea all for free provided with bottle of water

Ein sehr schöner Campingplatz mit Sauna, Bar und Restaurant. Wir hatten eine Hütte mit Toilette und Küche gemietet. Diese war sehr gut ausgestattet sogar mit Geschirrspülmaschine und Backofen. Daher kann ich zu den sanitären Anlagen nichts sagen.
