Bon hôtel confortable avec de bons services, notamment goûter, dîner et petit déjeuner inclus. Pour le dîner menu unique sans entrée ni dessert mais c était très bon ; vendredi tacos night ! |Petit déjeuner buffet copieux avec du choix et très bon. |Parking payant dans la rue à noter. |Bon point de départ pour une balade agréable vers le nord (1h aller) vers la nature et un parc. |Peu être très légèrement bruyant si les gens laissent les portes claquer mais c est mineur.

Fijn hotel, rustige ligging, gezellige lounge, sauna met prachtig uitzicht, mooie ruime kamers, vriendelijk & hulpvaardig personeel, uitgebreid ontbijt-en dinerbuffet. Toplocatie in het centrum, op korte loopafstand snelle busverbinding met de luchthaven van Evenes.

Already disappointed on the check in:
Dinner: compared to Scandic 200 m away the dinner like in prison canteen- some sausage and mashed potatoes, no variety at all. For drink only water, juices are out.
Forget about desert, vegetables, fruits.
In food I would say complete scam…
Price - 10% more expensive plus had to pay for “sea view” with window 90x90 cm.
Rooms from 1990, condition as well, double bed - two single prison beds which disconnect in every sudden move.
The sliding door to bathroom is barely holding, and 0% privacy, so if you are with a lady then prepare to fart in her ear. Very disappointing.
Have been visiting Harstad many times and many places, this was first and last time I go here.
I hope this review gets further and they will rethink their business policy.
Have to look on other hotels with similar price - Scandic, Thon, even 99% of Airbnb places in Harstad are much better choose a specially money wise.
For service can’t say much, but it would be good if the reception told that the additional payment is useless unworthy “sea view”.
Forgot to mention the roundel door that either wants to kill you or want to give a signal about the place.

Room was outdated and stuffy. The heater system was from WW2 so you have to crank windows open a bit but windows could open all the way. At night, wind could blow windows wide open and you will freeze to death. There was just on elevator so you had to wait for long time. But the views were great, next to the pier.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were very nice and perfect for our family with two kids (10 and 9 years old). The food was really good — the kids absolutely loved it! 😍 The location is perfect, with fantastic views, and the staff were all very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Bella vista sul mare, le camere tipo studentato. Non si tratta di un quattro stelle come indicato. Cena offerta scarsa e inutile.. terribile.colazione buona in linea con lo standard norvegese

Vi kom til Harstad med Hurtigruten, og hadde bestilt rom på forhånd , det var egentlig ikke innsjekk før kl 15, vi ankom hotellet ca kl 08:30, da vi spurte om parkering av bilen, da sier h*n at det er gratis parkering og ikke minst at vi kunne få sjekket inn med en gang, pluss at vi fikk frokost itillegg. For en fantastisk service. Vi har vært her i 2 døgn , fantastisk god mat her. Dette hotellet gir vi topp score 10/10 Anbefales på det varmeste 😀👍
