First of all, it was a fantastic little adventure to sleep here. I would recommend it to anyone!
The draw back of the snow room was the curtain. It let a lot of noise of people walking about.
Also interesting, that I can't see the in and out bound luggage signs in the night. I put mine in outbound as inbound was full. It should have a sign inside the area rather than on top in the dark.
I needed to use a CPAP machine and there was no way in the rooms for that. I guess I assumed there would be some way. It made my night pretty hard.
Be sure to ask for a breakfast for the morning if you leave before 8 so they have a snacky for you.
If you can use the lounge up stairs do it! Very pretty and nice place to relax.

We stayed in one of the lovely cabins. The design is unique and meets all of your needs.|The dinner was very good and the presentation was lovely. We enjoyed several activities during our short stay including a nice hike. The property and staff are great - just wish we could have stayed longer.|What a fun property!

We stayed for one night in the snow hotel, I was very nervous but we were lovely and warm, was it the best nights sleep… no, was it a really fun experience… yes.||The hotel is picturesque and seeing all the huskies and being able to feed the reindeer and see wild reindeer was lovely. The staff are lovely too. It would have been a 5 star review however the dinner took too long to come out, 90 minutes and we hadn’t had lunch so were all wilting! The food was delicious when it came out. Breakfast was a buffet and was delicious, just needed decent coffee!!||We were lucky enough to do a 2 hour hike with the huskies, just a warning, they will take you for a very fast walk and you need to be fit to do the full hike, although they tailor it to your ability. The two guides were a delight, and they had picked a gentle older dog, Maximus, for my 12 year old son, who he promptly fell in love with and kept visiting after the hike.||All in all an amazing experience!

Abbiamo svolto questa attività in un pomeriggio a iniziando a dare da mangiare a delle renne con un Sami molto disponibile che ci ha spiegato tutto su di loro. Successivamente siamo passati a vedere gli Husky che di inverno vengono utilizzati per trainare le slitte. Noi siamo andati di estate e quindi erano legati a delle catene e questo ci ha un po’ sorpresi. Successivamente ci stiamo dotati di mammut e mantella offerte dall’hotel di ghiaccio. E vi consiglio di indossarlo perché all’interno sono presenti delle temperature molto molto basse, ma l’hotel in sé è veramente molto suggestivo abbiamo poi anche approfittato di un caffè all’interno del bar, esperienza di per sé positiva, un po’ costosa

Did not stay at the hotel but visited for the king crab safari experience. Interesting concept ice hotel. The king crab catching experience is not as good as western Australia lobster catching one. There's also a reindeer and husky farm but they are ok.

Highly recommend. An amazing experience both in the SnowHotel and the Gammy cabin. Stay here for your base in Kirkenes. Do the King Crab Safari, drive to the Russian border and if you have a couple of days go to the National Park. Great food/restaurant and topnotch service. A special thank you to Zeljana who went above and beyond customer service! Thank you for a wonderful time.

We did a 1-night stay at this beautiful hotel at the end of our north-bound cruise. A really magical and romantic place to enjoy the northern part of Norway. Tranquility and peace can really be felt at this location. If only we have more time to touch Russia border!
