En sauna med god utsikt. Dette er favorittplassen min å komme til for avslapning, restitusjon eller venninne-dates.

Syntes det er et meget bra tiltak at de har fått opp dette tilbudet nede på bryggen.

!Minuset! Det er at det kun er 🥶 IIiS kaldt 🥶 vann i dusjen og at det ikke finnes noen toalett i garderobene eller utenfor.

A must visit in Tromso!
Staff is super friendly, prices are quite affordable and the sauna is just great. Make sure you dip in the frozen water (if in the winter) - it’s a great experience.

The experience in general was amazing. Views are incredible. Sauna temperature was perfect. Hot and cold contrast gave us just the right rush.
But.... I think that a female and a male staff are needed. Some guys didn't respect the scheduled time and we were 17 for the first 30 min. Changing rooms need a bit of a cleaning in between sessions. A 7 digit code is quite hard to remember (even more so when you're freezing cold after your dip on the sea). Not everyone had a towel to sit on while inside. There are no rules inside changing rules that people can read. If those little and simple things are sorted, the experience would be a 5 / 5 stars.

A must once-do when in Tromso. I went twice - the first time at 9AM on Sunday and it was crowded.

The system allows about 12 people at once but unluckily when I went it was 11 men and 1 women so the changing room on the men’s side was fuller than a can of sardines.

It’s beautiful and the experience is once in a lifetime.

So I booked a second time for 6AM on a Tuesday morning and I was the only one for 30 min then 1 other person came. This was a serene and peaceful experience.

The PIN you get is a bit cumbersome especially if you jump in the fjord and then want to get back in and don’t remember it.

Definitely do - just be prepared for a crowd possibly, and not the cleanest - so go first thing in the morning!

This sauna was amazing! You are given a code to access the sauna by yourself (remember the code because you will need it to get back in after swimming). From the sauna you can jump directly from the back into the sea. The sauna also has views out the back so you can see everyone jumping in.

Definitely a must-do if you want to challenge yourself by jumping into the cold sea after sweating in the sauna! The view is amazing!! But if you're looking for relaxation and privacy I wouldn't recommend going there. The sauna is super small, no extras, there's no space in the changing room and the hygiene is absolutely questionable. Kinda gross to be honest. There is no staff and people clearly do not stick to the rules such as sitting on a towel etc. I was there at 8am on a Tuesday, but still it was super crowded. People who love Sauna will be disappointed, if you're new to the topic or just want to heat up a lil bit, it might be ok...

We spent 2 months living in Tromsø this summer so bought Pust memberships and used the sauna almost daily. It was amazing, particularly when we started alternating between the quiet and community saunas. A friendly community, though having spent time in Finland it felt weird to wear a bathing suit. The only thing I wish is that they'd convert the quiet sauna to wood!!
