Our stay at this hotel turned out to be quite a disappointment.

We were looking forward to cooking our own meals since each room comes with a kitchenette, however, the state of it was really off-putting. The microwave reeked of fish, utensils had pieces of dried food on them, the fridge was all dirty inside and when we turned on the oven it smoked the whole apartment because there were layers of oil on the inside walls.

The location also turned out to be bad. There are ongoing road works and construction works all around the hotel and it feels like the hotel is right in the middle of it all.

We also booked it for two people but they left us only one set of beddings (one pillow with a case and one small blanket with a cover).

The apartment had a leatherette chair inside and after sitting in one I had some black ink all over my hiking shorts that didn't wash off. The shorts were brand new and after reporting it to the hotel they chose to ignore me.

There is also no staff in the hotel after noon so if you have any issues you are left on your own.

They are boasting about their 8.1 booking rating all over the hotel, but I would avoid this hotel at all costs. It feels very run down, dirty and unwelcoming.

The Room categories were not specified during the booking process, so we had to assume that you get an apartment room including kitchen in an apartment hotel and not just a simple hotel room without everything. On request for room change they only said that we would have to pay a surcharge, if we wanted to change the room. No Upgrade in what seemed to be an empty hotel, was provided.

The room we had was very small for two people and there was only one chair. We always had to sit on the bed to have our breakfast as the table in the room was too small and had the microwave on it as well. There was no cutlery and no cups.

The only positive of the room was the mattress and floor heating system in the bathroom.

No staff was on site during our stay, even though office hours were mentioned at reception. We were only able to get hold of them via phone.

There was no room cleaning service during the stay. If we wanted our linen changed, we would have had to pay an extra fee or wash the bed linen and towels ourselves. We also had to take our own garbage down. When we entered the room and checked the fridge, it was still dirty and there was a sticker on the door peephole. What kind of hotel is that?!

The hotel is situated in an Industrial area, which was already noisy in the morning around 5am/6am. Definitely do not stay here if you want to relax and want to be close to town or other sights.

Price-performance-service ratio is not given. We have never stayed in a place like this before and can definitely not recommend it! Stay away if you want a bit of comfort, a clean environment and friendly service.

Modern hotel, only no breakfast or dinner. Depending on the chosen room you can have your own kitchen with oven, dishwasher and cooking place.

Я понимаю что это апартаменты. И уследить за всем, просто не возможно. Но каждый раз приезжая туда , необходимо мать всю посуду. Абсолютно всю. И кухонные полки. Ибо они залиты жиром и останками еды.
Т.к. Я высокий. Я вижу что верхние полки покрыты толстым слоем пыли. Каждый раз.
